P R E C O N S T R U C T I O N • M E E T I N G

Bright and early on Monday morning, Alex and I had our first meeting with our home's Superintendent. We went over the selections we made, the schedule system, potential delays, and safety policies. Then we got to walk the property and learn about our foundation.

Below, is basically a picture of the garage space. It makes the rest of the home look tiny, but that's just an optical illusion. 

 From back to front, will be the living room, dining room, then kitchen.

And this will be our backyard space. The pillars are set for the covered patio. It's not large, but it's the perfect size for us, and it'll be flat! Can't wait to sit out there with a peach bellini, watching the dogs and Logan run around and yelling at Alex to mow the lawn.

We've waited for so long, I almost can't believe it's finally happening. We'll even have walls soon. Cue excited/annoying squeal!
